Terms of Service
Welcome to CloutFast. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our social media growth services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
CloutFast provides promotional social media engagement services including followers, likes, views, and subscribers for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Twitch. We act as a marketing services provider and do not guarantee specific results, viral growth, or account verification.
2. Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use CloutFast. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. You may not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments & Refunds
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is delivered incorrectly, open a Support ticket and we'll resolve it through a refill or wallet credit.
5. Limitation of Liability
CloutFast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for platform policy changes, account suspensions by third-party social networks, or indirect damages arising from service use.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Platform Non-Affiliation
CloutFast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Twitch, or their parent companies. Use of our services is at your own risk with respect to any actions taken by these platforms against your account, including suspension or banning.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
All payments are made by adding funds to your CloutFast wallet balance, which is then used to place orders. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute on a wallet top-up, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account, forfeit any remaining wallet balance, and submit evidence of services already delivered using those funds to your payment provider. Chargebacks should never be used in place of contacting our support team — please reach out via Support Tickets first if you have a billing issue.
9. Account Eligibility for Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure the target account or content remains public and that usernames are not changed during order processing. We are not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by private accounts, changed usernames, or platform-side restrictions, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
10. Wallet Balance & Account Closure
Wallet balances do not expire and remain available for use on our services indefinitely. If you choose to close your account, any remaining wallet balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded, consistent with our non-refundable wallet top-up policy. If you wish to use your remaining balance before closing your account, please do so prior to submitting a closure request via Support Tickets.
